Good morning everyone. Well, I got a little behind on my super bowl week postings..I just had too much going on and couldn't fit them in this past weekend. I'm ready to get my last 2 recipes wrapped up in the next few days though. This post being one of them. I also took my football theme down..boo hoo I know, but it just wasn't feminine enough for me..I had had enough of it! I would also like to clarify that YES I DO KNOW that the Super Bowl wasn't this past Sunday (MOM, BRETT), I KNOW it's this Sunday..I was trying to help people plan ahead of time. I figured if I posted everything this week, most people are already going to have a game plan - no pun intended..I think? ;o) of what they're going to make. Because of what I've been doing at my blog, my Mom went grocery shopping this past Saturday and got all the stuff for their Super Bowl..ha! She was in the bakery and was looking for bread bowls to put chili in for the big game and she asked a lady that worked there "these must be selling fast for the Super Bowl tomorrow" and now my Mom knows why the lady gave her a weird look. LOL! So yes, I definitely know..I mean, how could I not know being married to such a sports junkie? Enough talking, how's about some yummy queso? Let's GO!

Ingredients:
1 lb Sausage
32 Ounce Package Velveeta
10 Ounce Can Rotel
1 Cup Onions, diced
Directions:
In a fry pan cook sausage and onions until done. Drain excess grease if necessary. Cube the velveeta and add it to a crock pot, then pour the rotel over the cheese, and then the sausage over that; stir until everything is evenly incorporated. Set your slow cooker on high until the cheese is completely melted, then turn to low or warm for serving. If needed, add some milk to keep the dip creamy.

Looks delicious. I was sure you knew when the Super Bowl was I just didn't understand why posting them early. Since you explained it, now it makes perfect sense. Now we should get ready for the Pro Bowl, right? Haha!
