Sauteed Parmesan Garlic Butter Broccolini

Hey everyone! We are now moved into our new place and we are loving it, it's been a bit overwhelming though. I didn't realize it would be so much different moving from a townhouse into a actual house. We are getting more adjusted by the day though and things slowly seem like they're getting back to normal. Ever since we've been here I've been dying to cook in my new kitchen so I've cooked us a few meals, other than that things have been extremely simple..cold sandwiches, frozen food, etc. I was so sick of it that I just had to cook us a couple good meals, and this broccolini (aka baby broccoli) was part of one! I served it along side pork chops and mashed potatoes - YUM! I see broccolini at Target every time we're shopping, and I always want to pick it up, but I never do..and I decided this time would be the perfect time to get it. It reminded me a lot of asparagus, but with more of a broccoli taste to it. The butter, parmesan and garlic went SO good with it! Then again, what wouldn't those 3 flavors go good with? Yes, I used the powdery parmesan on this, I have the real stuff in the fridge, I just thought the powdery stuff would work good on this and it did! I like what it does in a fry pan..and you will too! Give this a try!
