Peanut Butter Rudolph Cookies

I didn't get a recipe up yesterday, but I'm here early today with these adorable (and incredibly easy) Rudolph cookies! These are too cute and too easy not to whip some up, and the kids will go crazy for them! These would go perfect with a Christmas movie night (including Rudolph, of course!) and some hot chocolate..enjoy! :)

Ingredients:
1 Roll Store Bought Peanut Butter Cookie Dough (or homemade)
Mini Red M&M's (I only needed 1 tube - regular size M&M's would be cute too)
3/4 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Sandwich Bag, for piping antlers
Parchment Paper, for easy clean up

Directions:
Pre-heat oven according to your package or recipe instructions. Place parchment paper on cookie sheet, if using. Take about 2 tablespoons of dough and roll it into a ball, and place 6 or so evenly spaced apart on your cookie sheet and slightly flatten using your hand. Bake according to package or recipe instructions, then let cool completely. Place your chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl and microwave in 3 second intervals, stirring in between, until completely melted. Pour the melted chocolate into your sandwich bag, and with scissors snip a tiny bit off of the corner and make a dot on the cookie for the nose and place a M&M on it immediately, then pipe the antlers. Let the chocolate set before storing in an airtight container.
