Happy Friday! I've been a little absent since my last post before Father's Day, I've been busy planning my daughter's 2nd Birthday party, which we threw this past Sunday. Her party was a major success and she had a blast! Now onto these SINFUL brownies..please don't be alarmed or offended by the name of these - I didn't do it, ha! They are totally delicious and worth it! I highly suggest eating them warm with ice cream on top - heavenly!
Ingredients:
1 Roll Refrigerated Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough (I used the big Pillsbury one, it's 30 oz)
1 Box Brownie Mix (I used Pillsbury Family Size Milk Chocolate)
1 Package Oreo's (Double Stuff ALWAYS in my book!)
Directions:
Pre-heat oven according to brownie package directions, mine was 350 degrees.
Mix up the brownie batter according to package directions; set aside.
Take a 13x9 pan and line it with foil and VERY lightly spray it with cooking spray.
Break up your cookie dough and then press it into a even layer in your baking pan.
Place the Oreo's over the cookie dough in a even layer.
Pour the brownie batter over the cookie dough and oreo layers and spread it out evenly with a spatula.
Mine took about 45-55 minutes to cook. I had to keep checking them during the last 20 minutes or so. The brownie batter was still raw and then all of a sudden was perfectly cooked. So please keep a close eye on them, as they are a little tricky to time just right as there are so many layers.
