Homemade Stuffed Crust Pizza

Hey guys! I was planning on getting this post up days ago, but my allergies took over this past week. Does anyone else suffer with allergies? Ugh, it's the worst! Enough about that, let's get right into this sinfully delicious super cheesy pizza! I definitely have a weakness for anything with extra cheese, so needless to say I love me some stuffed crust pizza. It could not be easier to make! Next time you want to switch up pizza night, give this a try..everyone will love it!

Ingredients:
*I used a 16-inch pizza pan*
9 Mozzarella String Cheese Sticks
1 Recipe for homemade or store-bought Pizza Sauce (I will be posting mine in the near future)
Mozzarella & Toppings of your choice (I used mini meatballs and a sprinkling of parsley)
1 Recipe for homemade or store-bought Pizza Dough, my recipe follows:
------------------------------------------------
(Homemade Pizza Dough)
Ingredients:
3 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
1 Teaspoon Granulated Sugar
1 Envelope Rapid Rise Dry Yeast
2 Teaspoons Salt
1 1/2 Cups Warm Water (about 110 degrees)
2 Tablespoons plus 2 Teaspoons Olive Oil

Directions:
Combine flour, sugar, yeast and salt in a mixer and attach the dough hook and turn it on to let everything combine, use a spoon if everything needs a little help getting incorporated into each other. While mixing, add the water and 2 tablespoons of the oil and mix until dough forms a ball. Scrape dough onto a lightly floured surface and gently knead until smooth. Form into a smooth ball. Grease a large bowl with the remaining 2 teaspoons of olive oil, add dough, turning once to completely coat in oil, cover with plastic wrap, a tea towel, or paper towel, place in a warm area and let rise until double in size, about 1 hour. Shape pizza on a cookie sheet and top with sauce and toppings and bake in a pre-heated 450 degree oven for 15-17 minutes or until golden brown.
-----------------------------------------------
Directions:
Take your pizza dough and shape it onto your pizza pan, making sure to bring it right to the edges so you will have enough to fold over the cheese sticks. Take your cheese sticks and place them all around the dough about a inch from the edge of the crust. Fold the crust over all of the cheese sticks, slightly pinching the dough together so the cheese stick is sealed in there good. Top with your sauce and toppings and bake until done, according to your recipe directions. If you use my recipe above it will bake in a pre-heated 450 degree oven for about 15-17 minutes or until golden brown.
