Ingredients:
6 Tablespoons Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
1 1/2 Teaspoons Ground Ginger
1 Teaspoon Sesame Seeds
1 Large Garlic Clove, minced
2 Large Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, sliced into strips lengthwise
Wooden or metal skewers
Directions:
In a bowl, add the olive oil, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and sesame seeds and mix well. Stir in your sliced chicken and make sure it is all evenly coated. Cover and let marinade for 1 hour. Slide your chicken on the skewer in a zig zag motion (Does that make any sense? If you just look at my pictures you will understand what I'm talking about.). Place on a foil lined cookie sheet and bake in a pre-heated 375 degree oven for 15 minutes (or until chicken is cooked through), then turn the broiler on high for about 5 minutes if you desire to give them more color.
