Hi there :) I wanted to get a quick post up for anyone still looking for a yummy treat to serve on Memorial Day. These brownies are the perfect summer treat and could not be easier. Enjoy the long weekend, everyone!
Ingredients:
1 Box Brownie Mix, plus ingredients called for on box (I used Betty Crocker 13x9 Family Size)
Heaping 1/2 Cup Jet-Puffed Marshmallow Creme
1/3 Cup Honey Graham Cracker Crumbs (place about 3 graham cracker sheets in a sandwich bag, close the bag and smash with a rolling pin until finely crushed)
2/3 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Directions:
Pre-heat oven according to brownie box directions.
Prepare your brownies according to box directions, then stir in your chocolate chips.
Line a 13 x 9 pan with foil and spray it with cooking spray. Pour batter into pan and spread with a spatula making sure it's even.
Place your marshmallow creme into a bowl and microwave for 15 seconds, then spoon into a sandwich bag, snip off the corner of the bag and drizzle the creme all over the brownie batter. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the creme and then with a knife swirl it into the brownie batter.
Bake according to package directions. Let cool and then lift the brownies out of the pan using the foil and then cut into bars. Store in a airtight container for up to 5 days.
Makes 12 brownies.
These look so good Kaitlin!! I really do love your recipes and blog!! I'm trying the mac n cheese and brownies this week with a friend! YUM!
ReplyDeleteThese were so good! It was hard swirling the marshmallow, but other than that, this was a very tasty and easy recipe!
