Happy Saturday! I wanted to sneak in a quick post for these cute little yummies :) These are just a really simple and easy take on your classic whoopie pie. Kids would have a blast helping with these too! I will be posting a giveaway tomorrow so make sure you check back for it - it's yummy one ;)
Ingredients:
1 Box Vanilla Cake Mix
3 Large Eggs
1 Cup Water
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
1/4 Cup Rainbow Sprinkles
Vanilla Frosting, you can use store-bought or your favorite recipe, here is mine: Vanilla Frosting
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
In a mixer, mix together the cake mix, eggs, water and oil until well combined. Stir in the sprinkles.
Using a small cookie scoop, scoop a heaping portion of batter onto a cookie sheet line with parchment paper (I was out but make sure you use it, or a cooking mat) and use the back of the spoon to slightly flatten out the batter and make it nice and round.
Bake for 6-8 minutes or until they just start to turn slightly golden, let cool completely before frosting.
Makes 15-20, depending on how big or small you make them.
