Salsa Chili Cheese Queso

Hi there! Does anyone have any plans for the upcoming Super Bowl? It's in Dallas this year! I wish I could say we were going, but no! We will still have a great time and eat some yummy food. I updated my sidebar with a link to all of my recipes that would be great for the Super Bowl, and I will be adding more recipes to it over the next week, so make sure you check back for the updated list, though you will always see the recipe on my main site first. This weekend I want to do a whole list of great Super Bowl/Party food recipes of my own, and yours..so please send me links to your recipes and I will do a post with them all and links back to your blogs because I'm sure there are never enough great party food ideas out there! You can leave a comment with your links, or you can email me at KaitlinintheKitchen@gmail.com, or you can leave them on my Facebook page: Kaitlin in the Kitchen. I can't wait to see every one's yummy recipes! Tonight i'm going to share another Queso recipe, what's a Super Bowl party without it? Check out my other recipe for Sausage Queso!

Ingredients:
32 oz. Package Velveeta, cubed
1/2 Cup Salsa
15 oz. Can Chili (with beans or without, your call..but the beans add a nice texture!)
1/2 Cup Milk
Tortilla Chips, to serve
-
Directions:
Set your slow cooker to high. Add your cheese, salsa, chili and milk; stir to combine everything. Cover and walk away for about 15 minutes, then give it another stir..keep doing this until the cheese has completely melted and everything is incorporated evenly. At this point you may want to turn your slow cooker down to medium or just warm so that it doesn't get too hot and dry out. In the case it gets dry, add a little more milk. Serve with tortilla chips.
