Marinated Steak Skewers

Hi there! How's everyone doing tonight? I'm doing great! I had a wonderful 16 week Doctor visit today and baby's heart beat is nice and healthy. We are SO ecstatic because on our next appointment on Feb. 15th (right after V-Day!), we get to find out if we're having a little boy or girl..ahh! I have not made it a secret that I really want a girl (hello..pink, glitter, hair bows, tutus..aww!) but I will honestly be thrilled either way, all I care about at the end of the day is a healthy baby. I can't wait to share the news with you all once we find out..so stay tuned! In the meantime, check out these yummy steak skewers, yum! I made these awhile back and served them over my Garlic Smashed Potatoes and it was a fabulous dinner!

Ingredients:
1 lb Steak (I don't remember the cut I used)
1 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tablespoon White Vinegar
1 Teaspoon Montreal Steak Seasoning
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
Wooden Skewers
-
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine all dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients to dry and whisk until everything is incorporated. Slice your steak into strips big enough to skewer, and skewer them in a zig zag pattern on the wooden skewer. Place skewered meat in a pan and pour marinade over them, and let marinade in the fridge for 20 minutes. Place skewers on a cookie sheet and cook in a pre-heated 400 degree for 15-20 minutes, may vary depending on how you like your steak cooked, we happen to like ours well done.
